Our Milk

Fresh milk tastes better.

It’s just as simple as that.

Small and local is our secret to freshness. We milk our happy cows once a day, and the lovely glass bottle will be in your fridge the next. 

We pasteurise the milk in our mobile milk shed and bottle it ready for delivery the next day. Other milks take up to five days to reach the supermarket shelf, and require additional processing to last the journey.

with OUR MILK!

The great taste of our milk is not about what we do to it. It’s what we don’t. Our milk is left exactly as nature intended – packed with nutrients and full of flavour. We produce whole, pasteurised milk. That means we heat it to 68 degrees, but we leave all of the original cream and protein in. We don’t subject our milk to factory processes like homogenisation and standardisation, which break down and reconstitute the fats.

Whole milk is rich in calcium, vitamin D, phosphorous, potassium, vitamin A, B vitamins, and iodine. Whole milk is food for your bones and teeth, and helps you meet your daily vitamin and mineral needs.

The glass bottle helps it taste better too. Because glass doesn’t leach any flavours.
